Its signature dish is a wagyu steak tasting featuring multiple cuts such as beef tongue, fillet, and sirloin grilled on an iron plate. The platinum yukhoe, sirloin topped with cheese shaved like powdery snow, and the beef tongue stew that falls apart tenderly are also popular.
