Located in a basement space near Ebisu Station, Surakkan, Ebisu, Tokyo serves authentic Korean cuisine that carefully draws out the natural flavors of its ingredients. The signature bulgogi features high-grade Kuroge Wagyu beef and abundant vegetables sauteed in a sweet and savory sauce, skillfully grilled tableside by the staff to the ideal doneness. Guests also love the signature bossam kimchi, in which cabbage generously wraps seafood like shrimp and scallops, as well as thick Korean pancakes that are crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside.
