Located on the 2nd floor of a building in a back alley of Ebisu, BLU is a hideaway restaurant offering creative Italian cuisine centered on seasonal seafood, alongside natural wines. The signature dish, "BLU Seafood Plate," is a gorgeous carpaccio-style presentation layering fresh, succulent fish with seasonal fruits and vegetables, highlighted by delicate oils that enhance the ingredients' umami. The rich fresh sea urchin pasta that brings out the natural depth of uni, as well as aromatic homemade bread, are also standout items. Rather than keeping a fixed wine list, the staff carefully suggests the perfect glass at your table based on the composition of your dishes and your personal preferences. Illuminated by candles and soft indirect lighting, the interior features counter seats that let you watch the chef's craft right before your eyes as well as private rooms, creating an elegant atmosphere for anniversaries and special dates.
