Because no coagulants are used, takeout is not available, making it a specialty that can only be experienced in this tatami room. The setting is a sukiya-style residence over 100 years old, offering 20 seats across 9 tables—all tatami seating (zashiki)—where every vantage point looks out upon a traditional Japanese garden of dry landscapes (karesansui) and moss. The matcha features a gentle bitterness that pairs nicely with sweets, alongside the seasonal appeal of seasonal namagashi and Dainagon azuki zenzai.
