Tsurutontan UDON NOODLE Brasserie Ginza is located on the 10th floor of Ginza Novo, a short walk from Ginza Station, and welcomes guests with a luxurious interior that doesn't feel like a typical udon shop. From the window seats and counter, you can see the night view around the Sukiyabashi intersection, and at night there are reports of live jazz performances near the bar counter. The signature dish is udon served in an extra-large bowl bigger than your face, and since the noodle portion can be chosen from 1 to 3 servings at the same price, it's popular for its satisfying volume. There is a wide variety of choices, including a bowl with mentaiko flavor, rich carbonara, refreshing duck in dashi broth, and tantan noodles with numbing hanazansho pepper. The kaiseki course, which goes from appetizers to wagyu dishes, is also suitable for business dinners and gatherings. The venue is entirely non-smoking and has private rooms, sofa seating, and couple seats, and since it's open until 23:00, it's easy to drop by after drinks for a final course.
