Descend the spiral staircase from the back-alley entrance and you'll find the basement space of TOOTH TOOTH TOKYO Ebisu, welcomed by candlelight and antique-style interiors. The signature feature is the freshly baked bread lined up at a dedicated bread buffet corner, offering a wide variety including croissants, mentai France, and focaccia, and it's a highly supported staple menu item. For the main course, the Kuroge Wagyu beef cheek braised in red wine, tender enough to fall apart without a knife, is popular, and for dessert, the parfait featuring seasonal fruits is also well-regarded.
