Ramen Heitashu Jimbocho is said to carry on the lineage of the seabura-chaccha style that swept Kan-nana Street during the 1980s and 1990s, operating a compact shop with just 10 counter seats right next to Jimbocho Station. The signature special ramen offers an impressive sight with back fat sifted through a wire strainer to coat the bowl completely white, but once mixed, the fat's natural sweetness softens the soup into a mellow flavor that pairs excellently with the medium-thin straight noodles. Another specialty is the Bakumori Abura Men, featuring extra-thick noodles tossed in back fat, where guests can choose noodle portions from 200g to 400g for free, as well as customize soup strength, fat, and garlic amounts when ordering.
