Beginning with a monthly limited 1 piece served first, the menu is filled with exceptional items showcasing artisanal technique, such as tenderly simmered conger eel and aromatic seared sushi. With an order-sheet format where you write down the number of pieces you want and hand it over, another attractive point is being able to order your favorite nigiri without hesitation. The refill-free warm miso soup and refined chawanmushi also bring out the delicious flavors of the sushi.
