Founded in Dojima in 1930, Deiribashi Kintsubaya is a time-honored sweets shop that preserves traditional hand-baking methods. For its signature kintsuba, artisans at the storefront carefully griddle each side to form a thin crust, wrapping a generous filling of distinct azuki red bean paste in a chewy, fragrant shell.
