Just a short walk from JR Ebisu Station, #Hirokiya Ebisu is a stylish space with about 20 seats including sofa seating, offering "yakiniku that lets you enjoy the whole process of eating." Its signature dish is the generous mini yukhoe featuring three types – salt, miso, and sauce – praised for its melting texture when mixed with egg yolk or Korean seaweed. The miso yukhoe even comes with a presentation of breaking up corn, and for the finish, there's the playful touch of shaping your own yukhoe onigiri. The premium wagyu thick-cut tan-moto (tongue) and fillet steak tossed in garlic butter are finished on the grill right in front of you by staff, so you can enjoy them with peace of mind.
