Just off the West Exit of Ogikubo Station, Indian Curry Rice Supaisu, founded in 2002, is celebrated as a pioneer of light, smooth spice curry made without relying on flour or commercial roux blocks. Its signature bone-in chicken curry features tender chicken that slips effortlessly off the bone, paired with an aromatic, spiced soup-like sauce so light that each spoonful invites the next. The menu showcases deep care for mutton and Japanese fermented seasonings, featuring a mutton curry prepared with rare Southdown sheep from Tokachi, Hokkaido, as well as a dish combining Japanese spinach with cottage cheese.
